Guidelines & Etiquette for Spa Parties

1 + 1 Package { designed for couples } = 2 guests minimum
All other packages = 4 guests minimum

Special packages available for 8 or more guests.

TIME / SCHEDULE
Allow 1 hour for preparation and dismantle.
Actual party time varies based on package and number of guests.

SPACE
Massage Area
    •A separate massage and facial area is required for a private, relaxing experience.
    •Minimum space requirement is 6x9 feet.
    •This room should be quiet, peaceful and away from the main party room. The lower level of a home is ideal to help       maintain a cooler temperature.

Main Party Area
•Spacious enough to comfortably seat all of your guests.

THE PARTY ITSELF
    •Spa treatments are professionally performed on a massage table. Hand or foot treatments may be completed
      using a chair.
    •A trained SPAcha professional will arrive 30 minutes prior to your event to set up unless otherwise arranged.
    •Your SPAcha professional will bring a massage table, robes, towels, sheets, music, and everything else
      necessary to perform your home spa treatments.
    •We respect you and your guests’ privacy. Body treatments are performed in a private room, and you are dressed
      to your level of comfort.

FOOD & DRINK
    •As the host or hostess, you are responsible for the party food and drink. We recommend and welcome
      that you serve snacks and beverages to add to the fun.

SUPPLIES
Your SPAcha team will bring their own spa supplies and product for your spa party treatments.

SUPERVISION & CONSENT
{Ages 5-18}
    •A consent and allergy form must be completed and signed by each guest’s parent or guardian prior
      to spa treatment.
    •An adult host or hostess must be present at all times.

{Adults Age 18+}
• Consent form and medical condition alert will be requested prior to spa treatment.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Prior to spa treatments of any kind, it is important that we know of any medical conditions,
including pregnancy (especially early pregnancy), allergies, sensitivity, etc.

TERMS
SPAcha team members reserve the right to refuse spa services. Our prime concern is for the health and safety of you,
your guests, and our staff.

Specific reasons for denial:
    •Medical conditions
    •Broken skin or lesions
    •Early pregnancy
    •Guest behavior

RESERVATION & PAYMENT POLICY
    •A valid credit card number will be required to make your SPAcha reservation.
    •No deposit is required.
    •Payment will be processed at the time of service.

CANCELLATION POLICY
    •48-hours minimum cancellation notice is required.
    •Failure to cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance of reservation will result in your credit card
     being charged for half of the total package (x # of guests) fee.

MILEAGE
SPAcha package prices include mileage for areas within a 15-mile radius of Studio One Spa & Salon,
310 North Main Street, Galena, Illinois. Additional mileage fees may be added to the total package price for
approved locations outside of this zone.
